Shipping Info: We ship only insured packages with tracking numbers. That may mean higher shipping costs, but more security on both ends.

Costs for shipment outside of Germany are calculated individually based on the recipient's country and actual costs of packaging/shipment.

If applicable, customs are to be paid by the buyer.
Return Policy: All individualised or digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-inidividualised physical items can be returned within 14 days after the buyer proovingly received the item. To be eligible for refund, the buyer must send a filled out order cancellation declaration form within the time of 14 days after receiving the item or include it in the return shipment.

After sending an order cancellation declaration, the buyer has to return the item shortly and no later than 14 days after he has send the cancellation declaration. All costs for shipment are to be paid by the buyer.

If the return is complete as declared herein, the seller will offer a refund of the original price of the item or the value left if it isn't in its original state anylonger (e.g. buyer has opened original packaging, pieces are missing or damaged).
